People and Culture

At CATHEXIS, we are committed to doing the right things for the right reasons and have built a culture on collaboration, inclusivity, and continuous growth.

Our Values

  • We meet people where they are and operate from an assumption of good intent. We listen and lead with empathy. We intentionally partner to ensure our solutions deliver success every time. We care about each other, our clients, our partners, and the community.

  • We foster a winning culture in everything we do. We are relentless in growing our business and our people. We build enduring relationships with our clients, partners, and communities. We operate with a sense of urgency to support our mission and our clients’ successes.

  • We provide the best service experience in every interaction. We don’t just meet the requirements; we take pride in anticipating our customers’ needs and exceeding their expectations. Trust and accountability allow us to provide a rewarding customer experience.

  • How we get there is as important as getting there. We model high standards of ethics and are disciplined in our consistency in words and actions. We engage in candid conversations to deliver insightful solutions.

  • Success is a team sport. Everyone contributes their fair share and owns our collective success. We work hard and have fun. We communicate openly and transparently. We appreciate the strengths of others and welcome diversity in thought. We stretch ourselves to improve our collective team. We win together, learn together, and thrive together.

  • The quality, efficiency, and timeliness of our work matters. We learn from our mistakes and iterate solutions to be better than the day before. We empower our employees to create innovative and trusted results. We hold each other accountable for delivering our best every day. We are passionate about what we do and dedicated in finding the best idea or solution.

Community Commitment

Success is best when it’s shared.

We take a people-first approach in everything we do. From our work with federal agencies to the communities we serve, we support initiatives that create healthier, more equitable opportunities and make a lasting, positive impact.

Initiatives We Support

Capital Area Food Bank Contributions

We donated $100 to the Capital Area Food Bank for every employee who shared a recipe for the annual recipe book in 2021 and matched employees’ donations to their local food banks. At final count, CATHEXIS donated $5,000 for DC-area families in need.

Community Foundation of Northern Virginia

CATHEXIS has contributed over $15,000 to CFNV over the last three years in addition to being regular attendees at their annual premier event, the Raise the Region Gala. The Community Foundation of Northern Virginia helps grow philanthropy to respond to need, seed innovation and lead and convene the community.

Our Military Kids

Our Military Kids recognizes the sacrifice of children of deployed National Guard, deployed Reserve, or post 9/11 combat-injured service members by offering extracurricular activity grants that build the child's self-confidence, enhance family wellness, and strengthen a shared sense of community. CATHEXIS contributes to their mission to strengthen the families of those who sacrifice in service of others.

Team Red, White & Blue

Every year, more than 250,000 active duty service members transition out of the military, joining the 3.5 million post-9/11 veterans already living in communities nationwide. Team Red, White & Blue is the antidote to the isolation and health challenges they face. CATHEXIS helps transitioning service members in the community and through our work.
